About the event
Prior to the meditation we will learn about the meaning of "calling the quarter", who the elemental ruler and elemental beings are, the tools used for each element and of course the directions and elements themselves. In this meditation we travel the Wheel of Time to focus on the directions and elements. This meditation can be very healing and provide incite into any challenges people are having.
This is one of my favorite meditations.
